MANAGEMENT
The DMG's letter dated February 14, 2005 transmitted its adequacy comments regarding the 2004
Annual Reclamation Report. Following are Snowcap's responses to the DMG's comments and
concerns:
We believe it would be appropriate to include all of fhe acreage listed as
"Remaining Reclamation" (97.4 acres) plus "Permanent Disturbance Areas"
(8. S acres), on the standardized reporting form under "Acreage in Long Term
Facilities". Thus, "105.9'" should be listed in this space on theform, rather than
"21.8 ". Please amend the standardized reporting form accordingly.
SCC -Enclosed is the corrected standardized reporting form showing 105.9 under
"Acreage in Long Term Facilities".
Items 2, 3 and the Revegetation Evaluation will be addressed in a revision application that will be
submitted as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
.~
~_ .
Tonyammond
Owner's Representative
Enclosure
cc: DMG -Grand Junction Office
