DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Bi-weekly Sampling -October 9, 24, 25, -November 6, 13, 1995 <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />ISATTLE MWNWN <br />~~OLD COMPANY <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for [he bi-weekly collected <br />October 9, 24, 25, -November 6,13, 1995, as specified in the April 1992 Abatement <br />Plan. The cross-reference table between sample identification numbers and saTnple <br />locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, calculated free and wad cyanide values for <br />the process point samples are enclosed. <br />The five biweekly groundwater wells (M-9, M-12, M-13, M-13R, and M-14), RS-5, and <br />[he process points were sampled and the analyses are enclosed. M-2, M-6, M-7, M-8, <br />and the three lysin3eter pairs were checked and found to be dry. The duplicate was <br />collected at M-9, M-12, and RS-5.
