Dept. 01 Rat±'~al Res9ufC0u <br />No additional areas were disturbed during 1985 leaving the total acres <br />disturbed at 126.22. <br />2. Locations and number of acres reclaimed for year; total 1.17 acres. <br />Area #5, Main Surface Buildings, final 0.30 acres reclaimed. <br />Area #6, Two Overflow Ponds, final 0.50 acres reclaimed. <br />Area #9, Power Substation, initial 0.37 acres reclaimed. <br />Area #12, Met Tower, not reclaimed; a technical revision request is in <br />preparation to transfer this 0.80 acres to KDBL Radio in Rifle, Colorado. <br />3. Location and number of acres currently under reclamation. <br />No formally designated "disturbed areas" are under reclamation at this <br />time. All previously initiated work is completed. Several of the realign- <br />ment portions of Area #18 (B1-B10) will be fenced during the Spring of <br />1986 to enhance the re-establishment of the tuberling stock and the cur- <br />rent grasses. This effort is being made to reduce the damage caused by <br />grazing cattle. <br />4. Vegetative restocking species, locations, and dates of planting. <br />The areas mentioned in #2 above were seeded with the mixture required for <br />these areas in Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan. Seeding was done in Septem- <br />ber and October 1985. <br />5. On the areas mentioned in #2 above, commercial fertilizer (Co-Op 20-20-9) <br />was spread at the prescribed rate after recontouring was completed in Sep- <br />tember 1985. <br />6. Formal success ratios on all areas revegetated since 1980 will be complete <br />in the spring field season of 1986. This will be done in conjunction with <br />the "survey staking and fencing" project mentioned in #3 above. <br />7. No additional acreage disturbances are expected. Initial reclamation ef- <br />forts on additional "disturbed areas" will begin as facilities removal <br />allows. <br />
