The Division, <br />however, did not receive Exhibit R - Proof of Mailing of Notices to <br />Montezuma County Commissioners and the Maacoe Soil Conservation <br />District. The Division does not consider your application <br />submitted until all required Exhibits are received. <br />You may amend the application by submitting the requested items. <br />In accordance with Rule 1.8, a decision date will be established 90 <br />days from the date of receipt of Exhibit R. You will need to <br />republish notice which specifies the final date for receiving <br />comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the next <br />regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other <br />technical deficiencies in your application.
