I understand that <br />the scar shown on airphotos near our proposed borrow area was not found by <br />Bob Liddle to be stability related. This finding by Bob answered the remaining <br />issues on the approval of this borrow area. I understand that work still remains <br />on the question of pond design but that we do have the "go ahead" on the borrow <br />area.
