The Division <br />MUST receive ALL fees due no later than 4 p.m. on March 19, 1993, or a Notice <br />of Violation will be issued for failure to pay annual fees (for each unpaid <br />annual fee) and submit an annual report on the permit anniversary date <br />(C.R.S. 34-32-124(1)).
