The limits of the permit area shall be clearly marked. <br />2. Signing shall be erected to warn the public of hauling <br />activities. <br />DURING EXCAVATION: <br />1. Carefully strip, stockpile, and seed all available topsoil <br />for use in pit rehabilitation. <br />2. Excavate and shape pit as shown on the drawings and <br />staked in the field. Final pit slopes shall not exceed 3:1. <br />3. No equipment shall be operated outside the established <br />permit area limits. <br />4. Excavation shall proceed in a manner that promotes <br />continuation of existing ground surface drainage patterns. <br />5. Mining will begin on the north slope of the existing pit <br />excavation and expand in a southerly direction. <br />6.
