Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that,
"...'the Opr-rator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the
permit, a fdotice of Intent to Continue i"ining Operations. The Notice of
Intent shall contain an annual fee of $50.00 and a laap or statement that
shall indicate: (a) the land affected during the previous year; (b) the
land to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any land reclaimed
during the preceding year." Division records indicate you owe $50.

the site. If you cannot include these materials with the fees, please

material.
