<br />Robinson Brick Company is filing this Annual Report providing a Notice of Intent to <br />Continue Mining Operations at Chieftain North Mine located in Jefferson County, <br />Colorado. The mine is on active status, operating more than 180 days per year. The mine <br />has a phased reclamation plan. <br />Operations (Current Year) <br />Clay mining and overburden removal operations continue in accordance with the mine <br />plan. The permitted acreage remains at 130.46 acres and the maximum allowable <br />disturbed acreage remains at 54.2 acres. Current disturbance is approximately 29.3 acres. <br />No additional acres of disturbance were disturbed this period. No additional acres were <br />reclaimed during this reporting period. <br />Operations (Next Year) <br />Mining operations in 2006-2007 will disturb no additional acres. <br />Bonding <br />Deemed adequate at this time. <br />
