The ann:~al hydrologic report shat! <br />contain nt a minimum: <br />The report was received in the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) on February 10. 1999 <br />under a Stephen Self letter of January 28, 1999. No submittal date is stated in the permit ("An <br />annual hydrology report will be submitted to the Division afrer completion of the calendar year." <br />This might be a mid-term review item.). <br />Rule 4.0~.14(4)(e)(i): Water yunntity darn obtained from each monitoring site during the venter <br />year; <br />The report is incompliance with this nlle with the approved exception that water quantity data was <br />submitted by calendaz year in-lieu-of water year (Permit, page 59). <br />Rule 4.05.14(4)(c)(ii): Water yualitydata obtalhedfrom each monitoring site during the water year; <br />and <br />The report is in compliance with this rule with the approved exception that water quality data was <br />submitted by calendar year in-lieu-of water year (Permit, page 59). <br />Rule 4.0~.14(4)(c)(iii}: Ij required by the Division, a written interpretation of the data and <br />identifcation ojmining related impacts to the hydrologic bnlance. <br />OF COLORADO <br />The report is in compliance with this rule.
