O. 00% ]00 - AIRPORT ROAO <br />N U O L A, C O L O R A 0 0 B I d 2 4 <br />MAY 14 1990 ~~~~ <br />_ MINED LAh~D ~~7. <br />-~ n.pRp.T~Ohi near-, ~ f`K~ <br />Herewith is the annual report and permit fee for Cotter Corporation's <br />Ike No. 1 Mine (File M-77-451). <br />No new surface disturbance has occurred since the annual report for <br />1989 and affected acreage remains the same as originally permitted. <br />In the near future, Cotter will submit a conversion application for <br />this permit elevating it to a regular operation with additional acreage. <br />Affected acreage at the Ike No. 1 Mine will be substantially reduced as <br />Cotter has commenced reclamation of the waste dump, building site, ore <br />storage pad and topsoil storage area. Mined Land Reclamation will be <br />advised when this project has been completed. <br />The portal and vent hole will remain open for possible future use <br />by the new planned mining project.(see map). <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at our Nucla office. <br />Sincerely, <br />W.
