The angle of draw for each ro~v was determined to be: <br />Row Angle of Draw (from the vertical <br />A 16.5 <br />B 4.8 <br />C --- <br />D 24.1 <br />Average 15.1 <br />As can be seen, the average angle of draw is significantly below the <br />predicted angle stated in the Operation and Reclamation Plan. <br />Based on the recent data collected, it can be concluded that the <br />subsidence above the 6th East panel is near completion. The mine out <br />areas of 7th East have not yet caved, therefore, subsidence has not <br />occurred. The maximum subsidence and angle of draw is not adversely <br />different than what v:as predicted in the Eaale ~5 and Engle n9 Mine permit <br />application. <br />
