Pit Parcel" described in Book 271 at Page 580 of the Fagle County Records;
lying in Tract 51 and Tract 53 of Section 2, Township 5 South, Range 85
West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Eagle, State of Colorado;
said parcel being mure particularly described as follows ; to wit;

which the Closing Corner of the common line between Sections 2 and 3 with
