Please find together with this cover letter a map detailing the current disposition of the
above captioned gravel pit.
During 2005, most of Area I was reshaped in preparation for revegelalion and mining has been
confined to the extreme west-central portion of Area I and the southeast portion of Area I[ and
the northeast portion of Area Bl. Area IV remains undisturbed. Active operations io the Pit
ceased approxrma-ely Dtxarrbcr 1, 2005 and wiU resume on about May 1, 2006. It is anticipated
that revegetation will commence in Area I an about May 1, 2006. Area IV will remain
undisturbed during 2006.
