Box 86 <br />San Luis, Colorado 81152 <br />Subject: July 1994 Water Sampling Results <br />Dear Mr. Vigil: <br />The San Luis City Well No. 1 was sampled on July 18, 1994. The <br />water samples were analyzed for cyanide, total metals, and fluoride <br />as outlined in paragraph 26 of Battle Mountain's Water Decree, Case <br />No. 89CW32. The analysis report is attached. The concentrations <br />of all constituents are below the Colorado Drinking Water <br />Standards. <br />The three pairs of lysimeters located west of the tailinc_rs disposal <br />area have been checked bi-weekly since April 1992.
