Mining and reclamation are proceeding on schedule in accordance with
the mining and reclamation plans and timetables set forth in the
original application.
Reference is made to MLRB Rules and Regulations, Sections 2.41 and
2.42.
2.41(1) The mining operation in Stage I (9-15) years is proceeding
as scheduled in the application. Approximately two acres
have been affected (see Annual Report Map enclosed).
(2) No reclamation is required this year.
(3) Not applicable.
(4) Not applicable.
(5) Not applicable.
(6) Not applicable.
(?) It is expected that approximately 2.2 acres will be affected
in the coming year (see Annual Report Map).
(8) The annual report date is June 30. The effective date of
all information herein is June 21, 1982.
2.42 Check in the amount of $350 to cover the annual fee is
enclosed.
