Enclosed is a copy of TR-02 and some re- <br />lated correspondence. <br />Grand Mesa's letters to the Division dated June 17, 1986 and <br />October 23, 1986 requested that the subsidence monitoring program <br />be discontinued. The Division's letter to Grand Mesa Coal Com- <br />pany dated December 24, 1986 approved Grand Mesa's request to <br />suspend subsidence monitoring.
