Hydrology <br />The report coritains the water quantity and quality data from each required <br />monitoring site in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(4)(c). <br />In the past, the ARR/AHR's included copies of the Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />(DMR's) for the CDPS Discharge Permit. Since Colowyo is now forwarding to the <br />Division a copy of the DMR's on a quarterly basis, there is no longer any reason to <br />make duplicate copies of the DMR's for the ARR/AHR. We, therefore, include the <br />DMR's only by reference and direct the Division to it's files for questions regarding <br />the DMR's. <br />If you have any questions concerning this report, please contact me at your <br />convenience. <br />Sincerely, <br />C mes A.
