These 1990 tests were taken on the following <br />. dates; March 26, June 28, September 19, December 31. On June 28, <br />1990, bottle samples were also taken from these wells and submitted <br />to ACZ Laboratories, Inc., in Steamboat Springs, CO.. Included <br />herewith are copies of all alluvial field tests including graphs <br />and a Water Analysis report from ACZ. <br />There was no discharge from either sediment ponds at Bear #2 or #3 <br />mine sites in 1990. <br />For the year of 1990 Bear Coal #3 operation consumed approximately <br />3,103,000 gallons of water. There was no discharge of water from <br />the Bear #3 mine during the 1990. <br />After evaluating field tests and a water analysis reports, it is <br />found that the operation at Bear #3 Mine may possibly be causing <br />some degradation of alluvial we11~AA1.
