Box 4/49 o c Division Director <br />Florence, CO 81226 Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: 2004 Annual Reclamation Report, Raton Creek Mine, Permit No. C-82-055 <br />Mr. Patterson: <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has completed review of the 2004 <br />Annual Reclamation Report (ARR) for the Raton Creek Mine. <br />The report includes all information required by Rule 2.04.13. Work conducted during <br />2004 was well documented in the report and as observed by the Division during field <br />inspection. The acreage values reported are consistent with the pending Phase II/III <br />bond release request currently being reviewed by the Division. <br />The Division has no further questions regarding the report.
