Approximately 1500 gallons of waste pond water was discharged onto <br />the plant site near the trash dumpster. All the water was contained on the <br />disturbed area and into erosion control basin near the truck load out building. <br />The characteristics of this water (conductivity of 80,000 umhos/cm, but no <br />hazardous waste) mand~lte clean up.
