You must pay these fees each year until reclamation <br />responsibility release is granted. The fee listed below is for LAST YEARS mining and reclamation season, and <br />MUST be paid even if your operation was in an inactive state. The fee is due ON OR BEFORE the permit <br />anniversary date shown below. <br />If you have r~:quested reclamation responsibility release from the Division but your permit is not released by your <br />anniversary date listed below, the annual fee MUST be paid. If the permit is released before [he anniversary date, <br />please do not pay the annual fee. <br />PLEASE NOTE: IF THE ANNUAL FEE, ANNUAL REPORT, AND MAP ARE NO'f RECENED ON OR <br />BEFORE THE ANNNERSARY DATE, A FORMAL NOTICE OF VIOLATION, AND A BOARD ORDER <br />TO PAY CR'IL PENALTIES IN THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE ANNUAL FEE OF $225.00 WILL BE <br />AUTOMATICALLY ASSESSED. NO PERMITS FOR NEW MINING OPERATIONS SHALL BE <br />GRANTED "f0 ANY OPERATOR WHO IS CURRENTLY FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION IN THIS STATE <br />(C.R.S. 34-3:!-120) UNTIL.
