Dept. o! Natural Resources <br />Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Board, please find <br />enclosed the annual report for 1983-1984 and the annual fee check <br />-0k113494 in the amount of $350.00. <br />1) 13,5 acres were affected during the year <br />2) 7 acres have been reclaimed in the formation of a lake <br />3) The numbers of acres in various stages of reclamation are <br />as follows: <br />A, No areas leave been backfilled, graded, topsoiled, or <br />revegetated. However, all soils overburden has been <br />placed along the western and northern mining areas. <br />These soils are in place for final placemenC and <br />grading when mining allows. <br />B. 7 acres oi~ lake have been created in the mining and <br />represent the final reclamation. <br />4) No vegetation has been planted. <br />5) No fertilizers, organic material or soil conditioners have <br />been used at this location. <br />6) It is too early to access the reclamation at this site. <br />However, we do not anticipate any unusual difficulties. <br />7) It is estimated that in the. coming year approximately 13 <br />acres will be affected and that of this 13 acres, 10 will <br />be lake. <br />8) The effective date of this information is September 3, 1984. <br />"MPM and Safety (A Great Mix" <br />
