C-BO-007 <br />Dear Mr. Barbe; <br />The Division has reviewed Mountain Coal Company's (MCC) responses <br />dated August 11, 1995, which are provided to answer the Division's <br />questions regarding the annual Subsidence Report. In addition to <br />point 91 being destroyed during grading operations on the road, <br />points 93, 95, and 96 were also destroyed. As there are other <br />monitoring points located in the N-S line, the points will not have <br />to be replaced. MCC has committed to show the location of any <br />structures monitored during a reporting period on the Subsidence <br />Monitoring Network map. <br />This completes the review of the 1994 Annual Subsidence Report <br />(year-end).
