Chimney Rock <br />Mine. The report compiles water quality data retrieved from the surface and ground water monitoring <br />stations, quarterly pond inspections, and the annual pond certifications. This year, we have also included an <br />Appendu which revises the Probable Hydrologic Consequences (PHC) portion of the permit document. The <br />PHC portion of the submittal should be incorporated into the permit, under Technical Revision 28.
