required pursuant to 34-32-116(1)(a) of the Colorado :•tined Lang Reclamation
Act, C.R.S 1973, as amended. Fees are based upon a schedule of 5350.00 if the
operation is an open mininy operation of 10 acres or more and $275.00 fur any
other operation 10 acres or more.
