FIFST QUARTER 1994 DISCHARGE <br />MCk1IZnRING REPORTS <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Please find enclosed seven r..cmtpleted DMR forms addressirg the first quarter of <br />1994 for NPDES Permit No. Ca-0033685. Zero (0) effluent limitations were <br />exceeded during the quarter. <br />Three (3) discharge points addressed under Permit No. N-0033685 experienced <br />discharge during the seootxl quarter of 1993. Point 001, consisting of effluent <br />from a domestic wastewater treatment facility, discharged continuously throughout <br />the quarter. Points 003, 004, and 005 did not experience discharges during the <br />quarter. Point 002 discharged as a result of snowmelt runoff for approximately <br />10 days. Alternate limitations are claimed to be applicable to the precipitation <br />related discharge at Point o02 as the dischane occurred within 48 hours after <br />pond inflow stopped. The inflow aril distharge were wrx.,urrent in this instance. <br />Point 006 discharged for approximately 12 days during the quarter through a <br />siphon system installed on the pond outlet. Thirty day average values reported <br />on the enclosed GMR's represent the tn~x;nam, thirty day average values generated <br />for the quarter. <br />Please contact me at 303-527-4135 if you have any questions regarding this <br />sutmittal.
