rte( ~ • • <br />t <br />ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />MESA GRAVEL PIT <br />SENECA COAL COMPANY <br />PERMIT N0. 82-036 <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The gravel from this operation is used at Seneca Coal Company's Seneca mining operations <br />for road construction and road maintenance. During this reporting period (June 1, 1999 to <br />June 1, 1995), approximately 30,000 tons of gravel was produced, but no additional lands <br />were disturbed. <br />1. Location and number of acres affected during this reporC year. The Annual Reclamation <br />Map for this reporting period has not been submitted due to lack of activity. <br />RESPONSE: <br />Activity Acres <br />Topsoil removed ahead of active pit 0 <br />Active pit area advance 0 <br />2. For the current <br />status of mining and reclamation activities please refer to Exhibit 2.41, Annual <br />Reclamation Map, dated 06-20-94, which was submitted last year. <br />9. The type and approximate quantity of fertilizer, organic material or soil conditioner <br />used and location of use. <br />RESPONSE: <br />No fertilizer, organic material or soil conditioner was during the report year. <br />6.
