DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Bi-weekly and Quarterly Water Sampling -July 23, 24, 25, and 31, and <br />August 2, 1995 <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: a~ <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for the bi-weekly and <br />quarterly water samples collected July 23, 24, 25, and 31, and August 2, 1995, and a <br />post detox sample collected August 2, 1995 as specified in the April 1992 Abauement <br />Plan. The cross-reference table between sample identification numbers and sarnple <br />locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, calculated free and wad cyanide values for <br />the process point samples are enclosed. <br />The five groundwater wells (M-9, M-12, M-13, M-13R, and M-14), M-l, M-10, M-11, <br />D87-24, the post detoX, and the four process points were sampled and the anal ses aze <br />enclosed. M-2, M-6, M-7, M-8 and the tl3ree lysimeter pairs were checked and found ro <br />be dry. The duplicate was collected at D87-24.
