The company completed extraction of approximately 90% of Phases <br /> 4 and 5, affecting approximately 15 acres. Top soil has been <br /> replaced in approximately 30% of Phases 4 and 5 but has not yet <br /> been brought to grade. There was no activity in Phase 1 during <br /> the year. <br /> 2. The bottom areas of Phases 2 and 3 have top soil in plane, however, <br /> need to be brought to grade in accordance with the mining plan. <br /> The slopes on the South and Fast sides of Phases 2 and 3 have been <br /> completed in accordance with the mining plan and will be seeded <br /> with grass by May ) , 1987. The grasses to be planted are on the attached <br /> grass mixture description sheet from the supplier and planting will <br /> be in excess of recommended quantities. <br /> 3. The company anticipates that extraction of gravel in Phases 4 and <br /> 5 will be completed during the 1987 season and that extraction in <br /> Phase 6 will col:unence, however, it is impossible at this time to <br /> predict the amount which may be affected. <br /> 4.
