The applicant, ASCI, is the owner of the property and is the applicant <br />' for this submittal <br /> 2. The property is not subject to any corrective action order or agreement <br /> with any agency. <br />' 3. The property is not subject to any order or agreement with the <br /> Colorado Water Quality Control Division <br />' 4. The property should not have a permit or interim status for treatment, <br />storage or disposal of hazardous waste. <br /> 5. The property is not subject to the provisions of RCRA or underground <br />' storage tank regulations. <br />6. The property is not listed or proposed for listing on the National <br /> Priorities List of Superfund sites. <br />' 2.5 Current and Proposed Land Use <br /> The current land use is vacant agricultural land with a residence and <br />' various structures formerly used for the crop dusting business (e.g. <br /> airplane hangers, storage sheds) <br />' <br /> ASCI proposes to use the property for sand and gravel mining and a ready <br /> mix concrete plant with the post mining land use proposed as water <br />' storage. <br /> 3.0 Environmental Assessment <br /> <br /> 3.1 Qualification of Investigators <br />The following resumes are included in Appendix 2 (these are the principal <br />investigators): <br />' Paul Banks, Banks and Gesso, LLC <br /> Richard Henry, Grant Environmental Inc. <br /> Pat Breen, Grant Environmental Inc. <br />' <br /> 3.2 Dates of Activities, Contaminant Releases and Hazardous Waste <br /> Notifications <br /> Aerial spraying activities occurred on the property from about 1970 <br /> through 1999. The principal contaminant, toxaphene, was banned by the <br />' EPA in 1982 so it is assumed that releases of this insecticide occurred <br /> prior to then.
