<br /> <br />The lowest factor of safety calculated was 2.0 for the tall section (Group I) with <br />the highest water level on the interior slope. For Group II the lowest factor of safety <br />calculated was 3.0. The results of the stability analysis indicate factors of safety <br />which exceed the minimum allowable of 1.3. <br />LIMITATIONS <br />Our evaluation was based upon a review of design and construction <br /> <br /> <br />information provided by Colowyo and visual observations of the embankments. Site <br />specific soil investigation and laboratory testing was not performed. We believe this <br />investigation was conducted in a manner consistent with that level of care and skill <br />ordinarily used by geotechnical engineers practicing in this area at this time.
