Please be advised that according to records of the Division of Minerals and
Geology the following annual fee(s) and report(s) are past due. The Division
MUST receive ALL fees due no later than 4 p.m. on October 15, 1993
If the annual fees and reports due are not received by the Division by
October 15, 1943, a Notice of Violation, Civil Penalties equal to the amount
of the annual fee, and a Notice of Formal Public Rearing before the Mined Land
Reclamation Board for consideration of Permit Revocation and Reclamation Bond
Forfeiture will be issued for each account. The Division will turn each
unpaid account over for collection to Central Collection Service, for the
State of Colorado, and the accounts will also be reported to TRW Credit Bureau.
Please be aware that no permits for new mining operations shall be granted to
any operator who is currently found to be in violation in this state
(C.R.S. 34-32-120).
