Flow into downstream ditches D15 and D22 has also been
recalculated to carry the 100-year, 29-hour flow from D4 to Pond
007. As shown on Table 20, Ditch Data, ditches D3 and D4 were
increased in size from a Type A to a Type B ditch. Ditch D15 was
increased in size from a Type B to a Type C ditch. No other
changes were required.
Revised Table 21, Culvert Sizing, shows the increased flow
in culverts 7, 8, 15, 17, 19 and 32. No changes in the culvert
sizing were required due to the increased flow.
On-the-ground changes to ditches D3, D4 and D15 will be made
within 90 days of January 24, 1989 as required in Stipulation
No. 44.
call.
If you have any questions regarding the redesign, please
Sincerely,
~~
Steve Magnuson
Mining Engineer
SDM/klk
cc: Mike Kolin
Jerry Y,oblitz
Tom Augustine
