EASTSIDE COAL COMPANX, INC <br />Subsideuce Report <br />June 2007 <br />Exhaction Limits <br />The mining that has occurred at the Eastside Mine since the last subsidence survey is <br />shown on the Subsidence Map dated March 1994. A conservative angle of draw of 25° <br />includes Monument 1, 2, 8, Alternate 1 and Alternate 2 in the azea of possible influence <br />from subsidence. The mine is currently in a reclamation phase. The portals have been <br />sealed and the surface azea regazded to the postmining topography, and revegetated. <br />Observed Subsidence <br />Monuments 1, 2, 8, Alternate 1 and Alternate 2 were surveyed on June 5, 2007. The <br />results are shown in the enclosed tables. <br />Monument 1 and Alternate Monumentl indicate no measurable subsidence is occurring <br />in the vicinity of the points. Monument 2 and Alternate Monument 2 indicate no <br />measurable subsidence is occurring the vicinity of the points. Monument 8 indicates no <br />measurable subsidence is occurring in the vicinity of the point. <br />There is not any surface evidence of subsidence occurring over the workings of the <br />Eastside Mine. No structures or renewable resources have been affected by subsidence of <br />the Eastside Mine. <br />
