Chiappone : Re : Anniversary Date : December 2 , 1990 Annual Report ( 110) MLR No. M-86-147 , Harley Pit I Our files indicate that the annual date for this Annual Report is December 2 , i 1990 . Min began in this pit in Septem- ber , 1987 and has continued to dateng. This is a dry operation and a well permit is unnecessary. We will deal s ecifically with each of the Annual Report questions as outlinedp in Section 3 .2 ( 6) of the Rules and Regula- tions revised 11 /88 . 3 .2 (6) (1) We continued to mine on the face opened in the northeastern corner of the operation. We mined another 0 . 50 acres ± the face ( yellow) . We currently have 0 . 78 acres + stripped (blue) and the floor of the pit is approximately 3 . 76 acres ( tan).. The pit floor area contains the area mined this year. Please refer to the attached map. (2) No reclamation was required this year. (3) We will continue to mine from east to west in the area stripped over the past year. If things go as we expect we may disturb as much as 4 .00 acres + in the next year. (4) No reclamation is required until the mining is complete. Rough grading of the side slopes is completed as mining progresses The effective date for information contained herein is November , 20 , 1989 .
