Mount Royale Ventures, LLC <br />9145 Sunshine Canyon Dr. <br />Boulder, CO 80302 <br />Telephone: 720 565-3448 <br />Fax: 720 565-3497 <br />October I5, 2007 <br />Michelle Ramirez <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety <br />1313 Sherman St., Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />RE: Cash and Who Do Mines, 2006-7 Annual Report - Permit M-1983-141 <br />Deaz Ms. Ramirez, <br />Mount Royale Ventures, LLC (MRV), operator of the Cash and Who Do Mines <br />(DBMS -Permit M-1983-141), is pleased to submit the following annual report for <br />activities performed at our operation during the period from September 7, 2006 to <br />September 7, 2007. <br />2006!7 Activities <br />The most significant event of 2006/7, as regards this permit, was the Division's approval <br />of an Amendment (AM02) to this permit AM-2 included an alternate method for ore <br />removal, and modified the existing permit area boundary delineations and acreages, <br />which included the addition of the MRV Adit and associated area developed during <br />prospecting activities under P2004-07. Existing permit boundaries were straightened to <br />allow for easier surveying and boundary mazker maintenance. Anew water monitoring <br />program was also approved as a Technical Revision TROS. <br />MRV has maintained the roads within the permit area at a level of safety required by <br />federal regulations (CFR30). Stormwater drainage and sediment traps have been <br />maintained. Uphill water diversions have been maintained above the active azeas in <br />accordance with NPDES. Reclamation included the hand distribution of seed on minor <br />azeas adjacent to roadways and the continuing maintenance of vegetation in stormwater <br />affected areas. General site cleanup has continued, with additional scrap steel recycling <br />and some wildfire/ pine beetle mitigation. <br />Active mining of gold-silver ore is ongoing under this permit. No changes to the <br />permitted limits of production have been made. <br />
