M-2004.078 <br />Annual Report <br />Dear Ms. Ramirez: <br />CIVIL RES'JURCES,LLC <br />ENDINEER9 6 PLANNERS <br />WEC~ <br />Division of ~ ~ ~~~~ <br />Mining and a~ tlon, <br />H <br />As required by CRS 34-32.5-116, we are providing this Annual Report for the Lupton Lakes Sand and Gravel Mine, <br />DRMS file M-2004-078. <br />The extent of current disturbances: <br />The mining operation began in the spring of 2006. Approximately 32 acres are disturbed (refer to the attached <br />mining plan map): <br />• +/- 20 acres for the plant site <br />• +/- 2 acres for the entryway landscaping <br />• +/-10 acres for the fresh water and silt storage pond. <br />Reclamation accomplished to date and during the preceding year: <br />No reclamation has occurred on the site. <br />New disturbances anticipated to occur during the upcoming year: <br />Lafarge anticipates that they will mine approximately 10 acres in 2007 (just east of the fresh water/silt storage area) <br />Reclamation that will be performed during the coming year: <br />It is not anticipated that any reclamation will be performed during the upcoming year. <br />Dates for the beginning of active operations: <br />Active operations began in early June 2006, <br />Date active operations ceased for the year, if any: <br />Not applicable. <br />Enclosed please find the signed Annual Report Form, a copy of the current mining plan map, and the annual permit <br />fee of $688.
