Permit No 77-20
DELTA
874-9759
Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is
March 28, 1983. We continued to mine land in Stage I as outlined
in the Conversion and Ammendment dated August 17, 1980 and accepted
November 20, 1980.
Spring runoff in the Gunnison River caused minor problems in
this pit during 1983. The flood waters from the river caused
part of the west wall to be washed into the area mined in Stage I.
We removed this area that was in Stage II and in doing so affected
1.12 acres +/- in the process. The area disturbed is mostly
within the lake area and will not have affected the final recla-
mation plan.
We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report questions
as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations.
2.41 (1) we disturbed approximately 1.89 Acres this year.
of this area 1.12 acres +/- was in Stage II and
0.77 acres +/_ was in Stage I. See the annual
report map attached.
3 1a,2-~~ (2) No reclamation is required until mining in Stage I
~
~ is complete.
~~
L
~/ (3) Not applicable ~ '
L~~~vC~~~La~
(4) Not applicable.

(5) Not applicable.
[.71NED LAND RECLAMATIOhJ DIVISIOPI
(6) Not applicable. If Conditions permit
we may move into Stage II next year. At this time
it is not possible to estimate how much land we
would disturb in Stage II.
