(See Notes #1 8c #2)
Note#1:
Moffat County has an average inventory of 17 active gravel pits, and we have only one
crusher, which operates approximately 7 months out of the year. Typically, we expect to
have new disturbance in two gravel pits (or less) and occasional reclamation activity in
one. That means our only activity will be stockpile reduction and minor pit-rrur
excavation in at least 14 of our gravel pits each yeaz. No new disturbances or
reclamation will have occurred during the previous year and no new changes to the
previous year's map are necessary. No new map is required
Note #2:
Moffat County does not routinely make annual construction, mining and reclamation
plans for each pit. Our gravel activity each yeaz is determined by necessity, emergency,
budget restraints, and resource availability.
Comments:
-- ---Moffat County plans to~plant-an-alfalfa.crop on_the_18-acLe;eclamation area this year.
~~.~fFQ\~/(~f~
JAi~ 2 9 2007
Division of Rr~'~ ~,~~4;~P1,
dining ~-d c ~ .'•ly
