This pit was operated by a Associated
Aggregates, Inc, a sister company to Albert Frei and Sons, Inc. .
The assets of the companies were merges and Albert Frei and Sons,
Inc. is the surviving company . Attached is a copy of the Depart-
ment of State Certificate form the Secretary of States office
verifying the change. The bond has always been posted by Albert
Frei and Sons so no changes are necessary at this time. The
effective date of all information in this report is February 26th,
1992. Please
refer to the Annual Report Map with this text for the location of
areas discussed in this report.
This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it
HAS operated more than 180 days this year. Mining
continued on the southern end of the lake area disturbed in
previous years. We continued to removed material in stock-
piles at the same time. We currently have 18 . 21 ac . ± of
lake area and 3 .66 ac. ± left to be mined. Approximately
1 .16 acres was mined this year.
(2) No reclamation was required according to the approved
Reclamation plan. However slope grading is complete on the
northern end of the lake above and below water (brown) . The
area colored blue is lake surface where no reclamation is
needed.
