Thank you for your prompt submittal of this report. <br />The majority of the mine azea was seeded in 1994 (38.4 acres), with the remaining 1.7 <br />acres seeded in 1995, and is eligible for Final (Phase III) Bond Release (if all of the <br />criteria have been met). The Division has not yet received any yeaz-nine or year-ten <br />vegetation sampling reports, as required for Phase III Bond Release.
