Lamm Govamor 110 Annual Fee Letter November 1, 1984 Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that, "...the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The Notice of Intent shall contain an annual fee of X50.00 and a map or statement that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during the previous year; (b) the land to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any land reclaimed during the preceding year." If you cannot include these materials with the fees, please indicate on the attached sheet how soon we should expect to receive the material.
