Please be advised that a-mall PICTURES will arrive as Kimberley Perrin or <br />klmber~ro/.net. For some reason the pictures do not transmit under my Po/ycor a-ma11 <br />address. <br />Clean-up began with the removal of stored trash, debris, scrap metal, hoses, otc <br />Starting e[ the portal entrance, working thru the North, the Oil Storage area, the Middle <br />Room (whero old trucks and scrap metal wart stored by the pond), down to the <br />Hotroom. The debris end buckets that wero strown around the beck production aroas <br />were collected, and added to the trash. <br />Waste Solutions provided and removed s!x 20 yard dumpsters. <br />A permanent dumpster was ordered and placed in the load-ou! area for garbage. <br />The old trucks, truck bed, and crane boom/ports have been romoved from the quarry to <br />the load out area end await removal/transport to a scrap yard location !n Grand <br />Junctlon. <br />e old [railer up top in the M/ddle Room was removed <br />The hazardous materials (oil soaked soft, and buckets o/ used grease/o11, and human <br />waste) are now contained in an appropriate leak prop/ container, welting for lab tests to <br />determine where the matorla/s can be disposed of. <br />The Oll Stnrege aroa !s organized, burmed, end lined w/th a solid sheet of vinyl so that <br />spills will be contained In the event of a spill. All conta/ners have been pieced Inside. <br />The o!f containment area Is large enough to accommodate 100% of ell oil and hydraulic <br />/lulds, as well as the used o!! contalner(2,000 gallons). Secondary containment: the 55 <br />gallon drums are sot on a pan chat is able to hold 55 gallons should a drum rupturo. The <br />Ifnad/burmed containment area will hold approximately 4,000 gallons. Appropriate <br />booms and soaker pads aro located In the area for easy access. New s/gnage has been <br />installed at the oil storage area.
