.- <br />• <br />• <br />ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF INTENT <br />TO CONTINUE MINING OPERATIONS <br />Permit No. 80-203 <br />Anniversary Date: June 29 <br />Operator intends to continue mining operations pursuant to <br />the above permit. <br />The land affected during the previous year includes less than <br />one ton of gravel removed from the western end of the existing <br />gravel pit on the property. The gravel removed came from waste <br />piles of previously mined gravel left by prior mining operations <br />of Mesa County. <br />The land to be affected during the coming year is expected to <br />include property in a generally northwesterly direction from that <br />area mined in the last year, in accordance with the mining plan <br />filed relative to the above permit. <br />No land was reclaimed during the preceding year because the <br />gravel removed was exposed on the surface in a waste pile with no <br />overburden. <br />Dated June 28, 1984. <br />RI HARD H.
