The draft Declaratory Order is largely based on the following <br />motion that was adopted by the Board on July 26, 1995: <br />The Division does have the authority to raise these kinds of issues <br />under the authority delegated to it under Senate Bill 181. <br />The following resolution was adopted by the Board on July 26, 1995, and <br />modified by the Board on July 27, 1995.
