I represent George E. and Betnice Morrison and Donald C. and Shirley
Jensen who are beneficiaries under a first lien deed of trust to the real
estate and mining claims owned by Dotsero Block, Inc.
Please be advised that Dotsero Block, Inc. filed for protection
under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code on April 9, 1990. The Debtor
operated under protection of the Bankruptcy Court until October 24, 1990 when
its case was converted to a case under Chapter 7 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
After conversion operations ceased and a Trustee was appointed to oversee
liquidation of the Debtor's assets. The Trustee's name and address is Martin
E. Long, Esq. 624 Market Street, #202, Denver, CO 80202.
In the near future my clients, the Morrisons and Jensens, will
seek permission from the Bankruptcy Court to foreclose their deed of trust.
They anticipate that Bankruptcy Court approval will be given for such
foreclosure within the next fi weeks. Shortly thereafter the Morrisons and
Jensens will commence foreclosure proceedings in Eagle County, Colorado. It
is anticipated that my clients will be successful bidders at a future
foreclosure sale and subsequently will again be the owners of the subject real
estate and mining claims.
The above scenario represents our best guess as to what will
occur in the future. If events do not unfold as predicted we will notify the
Mined Land Reclamation Division with an update.
If the above information is insufficient to provide the basis of
the required annual report please contact me so that any additional
information may be provided.
Sincenrely,
~r ~ I
WilliY/Y/a//m T. Phillip
WTP/ckh
cc: Martin Long, Esq.
