11. Comments: The reclamation work we did was in the amendment area - we fini shed mining through
the last section of the amendment area last vear and then topsoiled and seeded it. The seeding is per
the seed mix in the permit. New mining for this vear - we apt back into the originally permitted acreage
and started by mining approximately 40 acres to the north of processing plant - it is an area within Phase
1 of the original mine plan that we did not mine previously. This area is now in the topsoil replacement
stage and will probably be seeded this fall. After mining the northern section mentioned above we
moved mining operations to an area located south of the processing plant (where we had been mining
lust previous to mining the amendment acreage). We currently have active mining operations in this area.
and will continue in this area for at least another year. Please see the attached map for areas.
