Section 34-32-116(3) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that,
"On the anniversary date of the permit each year, the operator shall submit a
report and a map showing the extent of current disturbances to affected land,
reclamation accomplished to date and during the preceding year, new
disturbances that are anticipated to occur during the upcoming year, and
reclamation that will be performed during the upcoming year."
and Section 34-32-116(5) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act reouires
"... operators having permits under section 34-32-110(2), the operator shall
submit, in addition to the Dl an and moo, an annual fee of fifty dollars."
