This <br />report is for the 1996 calendar year. <br />The Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine was reclaimed during 1994. Until the mine was reclaimed, eight wells <br />were monitored (LO-1, OW-3L, OW-7, OW-8, OW-12, OW-13, OW-14 & OW-15). The <br />groundwater monitoring wells were reclaimed late in 1994 or early in 1995. No groundwater <br />monitoring was performed or required during 1996 (reference table 4.6-1 page 4-85). <br />There was no discharge from the sediment pond during 1995. <br />The Operator did not water the vegetated areas during 1996.
